Getting a ball into a cup was never so explicitly violent before the release of Poison This Rat in the early 1940s. Using the front-mounted knob, the player twists Hitler’s head left and right to better position the mouth/cup to receive the “poison pill” (BB). Groetchen marketed a number of patriotic machines during the period, but is probably best remembered for their extensive line of Imp trade stimulators (page 82).
