Replacing the well-known wooden Zeno machines was this pressed-steel version, featuring rounded corners, stark black lettering and a striking yellow finish (evoking a late-1890s design). These Zenos dispensed “package gum” for a penny.
The vendors were manufactured by Zeno in Chicago until the brand was retired after the 1910 merger with Wrigley Gum.
